1. Enrollment Fee. Full payment of the enrollment fee is due before the time of registration. You can pay by credit card, debit card of Paypal. Access to the course will be granted on immediately after the first payment has been made. The enrollment fee shall cover the course registration and participation, and all other Course content.
2. System Availability. Thinkiffic system is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. Thinkiffic will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but, this is not always possible.
3. Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds are available after the March 22nd start date. Prior to that date, you can make a request for a refund by, submitting a written request to [email protected] . You will be granted the refund, minus the cost of payment processing fees that have been charged to the instructor. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
4. Course Cancellation. The instructor reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. Such decisions will be made at least one week before the scheduled course date. Registrants will be notified via email; the instructor will make every effort will be made to avoid cancellations. In case of a cancellation you will have the choice of registering for the next course date or receiving a refund for the full course fee.
6. Copyright and Proprietary Property. We will provide to you manuals and other material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of Anjelica Dezel. You will also receive additional materials that are the copyrighted proprietary property of third parties. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.
